Founded in 1979, Precise GmbH entered the Indian market through the visionary efforts of Mr. Latkar. Precise High Speed Spindles Service Centre Pvt Ltd brought High Frequency Spindle from Precise GmbH, Germany. Recognizing its potential, Mr. Latkar collaborated with Precise Germany to introduce this innovative technology to India. This partnership led to the establishment of Precise GmbH's presence in the country, with service station started in 1996.

Since 2007, Fischer acquired compnany Precise GmbH & from onwards Precise Highspeed Spindle came under Fischer Group

Precise Spindle have become integral to a wide array of industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Watch, Medical, Dental, Optical, Electronics etc.
